We invite scientists, post-graduates and research teams as well as representatives of the enterprises working in agritechnologies, food technologies, environmental engineering for sustainable development of the modern society to participate in the Conference. Through a series of keynote speeches, panel discussions, and interactive workshops, the conference will provide a dynamic and engaging environment for attendees to network, learn, and explore new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
The conference will cover topics such as innovative agricultural technologies, automation and digitization in farming, environmental engineering and mining, sustainable energy solutions, and the role of biodiversity and agroforestry in maintaining ecological balance.
The XI International Conference on Advanced Agritechnologies, Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Development (AGRITECH-XI) was held at Termez Engineering-Technological Institute, Uzbekistan. The event gathered over 250 participants from Asia and Europe, including prominent professors and scientists from China, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyz Republic, Russia, Vietnam, and Bulgaria.
Both in-person and virtual participation options were available, ensuring global accessibility. The event included over 200 submitted reports, with a rigorous peer-review process resulting in an acceptance rate of about 40%. Fifty high-quality papers were published in the E3S Web of Conferences (volume 613), highlighting the best research and innovations in the field.

This section provides essential guidelines for submitting papers. Here, you will find detailed information on manuscript requirements, approved templates for formatting your work, and the peer-review process that ensures the scientific quality and integrity of all accepted submissions.
Content and Structure
- Thematic relevance: Papers must address topics announced for the conference, or fit related interdisciplinary themes.
- Language: Submissions must be in English.
- Sections: Mandatory sections: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion. Include Acknowledgments if necessary.
- Length:Minimum 10–12 pages using the publisher’s template (excluding bibliography). Illustrations and tables should not exceed 25% of total article length.
- Authorship: No more than 5 authors per paper is recommended.
- Recommended: 30,000 characters (including spaces).
- Minimum: 20,000 characters (including spaces); shorter articles are not considered.
- Inclusions: Main text, tables, figures (excluding bibliography, title page, and abstract).
- File format: Microsoft Word, using publisher’s template.
- Abstract: 100–200 words.
- Bibliography: inimum 10 references, mainly from international journals. Each author and edition cited only once. Avoid excessive self-citation; do not use “et al.”—list full authors for each reference.
- Citations: Accurately referenced with full information, including DOI if available. Bibliography should follow accepted citation style.
- Originality: At least 85%, excluding bibliography.
- Plagiarism check: All submissions undergo mandatory review (e.g., iThenticate).
- License agreement: Required for all authors after acceptance.
- Third-party content:Permission is required for all non-original material (text, images, etc.). Sensitive images and commercial content require special attention and permissions.
- Begin with “In this work (or study)…”
- Structure: Minimum 5 sentences, active verbs (e.g., analyzed, investigated, developed).
- Content: Summarize actual work done, not conclusions or relevance justification.
- Include elements of informatics or mathematics: models, schemes, approaches, logical diagrams, programming languages, cryptography, architectures, etc.
- If AI methods and tools are employed (e.g., data analysis, modeling, writing assistance, figure generation), clearly describe the type of AI used and its role in the study.
- Transparency: Specify commercial or open-source AI tools, their functions, and how results were validated.
- Ethics:Ensure ethical use, transparency, and reproducibility in reporting AI-driven research.
- Plagiarism: AI-generated text and images must meet originality requirements and be properly attributed where applicable.

- Assignment to Reviewers:
- Each submission is assigned to at least one independent expert in the relevant field. The reviewer is selected based on subject expertise and is required to have no conflicts of interest with the author or the research.
